They thoroughly inspected my crawlspace for moisture, wood root, water damage and any house settling problems. Fortunately I did not have any of these; just a wet crawlspace from the recent rains. After discussion, they installed 60 foot of french drain along my north and east house foundation and another pipe along the same route to reroute water from three gutters. Then they installed a heavy duty moisture barrier under my house and sealed all seams. They rebuilt my crawlspace cover to prevent water from pouring down the back when it rains.
They were extremely profesional. They arrived at the scheduled time and provided me with a full explanation of what their findings where. They did not try sell me anything I did not need. They arrived daily on time and completed the job with no problems. They left daily on time with the site clean and safe. They provided daily progress report on their progress.
